The short answer
A custom web application costs EUR 8,000 to 35,000 at Ovolum and is ready in six to ten weeks, depending on the number of functions. An integration between two systems (via their API, the interface programs use to exchange data) starts at EUR 2,500 and takes two to six weeks. Own code, own hosting, no subscription, fully documented so any developer can take over.

Fixed prices, agreed in writing. If the scope changes, you get a new price upfront, never a surprise invoice.
How we build
One conversation about the process, no long documents. Within two to three weeks a first version you can click through. Something new every week. We build in PHP and modern browser technology without unnecessary frameworks, so the application is fast and lasts for years. Everything is documented: code, database, setup.
Examples
For Holdwise we built a platform with over a thousand articles in twelve languages, a learning environment with monthly or annual payment, an assistant on its own knowledge base and a form that works out for 243 countries which documents a client needs. For Karma Mobility a booking platform with payments, automatic document recognition and digital key handover.

Will I depend on Ovolum afterwards?
No. The code is yours, runs on your hosting and is documented. We are happy to maintain it, but you can continue with anyone at any time.
Can it be extended later?
Yes, that is how we build: a first version with the essential functions, then each extension as a scoped piece of work with its own price.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Conversations, documentation and the software itself in English, from Hoofddorp next to Amsterdam Schiphol.
